Active Membership - $35.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Active Members shall be voting members who meet the definition of paralegal/legal assistant adopted by this association. Any individual who has successfully completed the Certified Legal Assistant/Certified Paralegal Exam may be an Active member.

Associate Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate Members shall be non-voting members who are employed as paralegal trainees and/or students enrolled in a paralegal program, and paralegals meeting the criteria for Active members, but who are not currently employed under the direct supervision of an attorney.

Family Law Section - Active Membership - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Active (voting) membership ($35) plus member of the Family Law Section ($20 dues)

Sustaining Membership - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Sustaining Members shall be non-voting members and shall be any firm, agency, corporation or other entity interested in supporting the paralegal profession and this Association.
