    "I hereby apply for membership with Houston Paralegal Association (HPA) and agree to be bound by the Code of Ethics and the Bylaws as adopted by HPA. I attest that I have not been convicted of a felony for which my civil rights have not been restored. Submission of my membership application with HPA indicates my attestation that the statements I submit on my application are true and correct."



    By selecting the applicable membership level and completing the online membership application, you are certifying that you have completely and truthfully provided all information on this form and that you agree to abide by the provisions of HPA Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Code of Ethics as adopted by HPA.

    If it is found that a member has violated HPA's Code of Ethics or Bylaws, HPA reserves the right to terminate that membership immediately. All membership dues will be forfeited.
