This is a paralegal forum that will discuss tools to prepare for your annual performance review. A performance review is a chance for you to assess not only your own accomplishments over the last year, but a time to discuss your valuable role in the firm/legal department. A prepared paralegal is able to communicate, that she/he is an effective and profitable member of the legal team. We expect a lively discussion and will encourage audience participation.
