Ms. Randi Weaver counsels clients on the development of efficient and effective document review protocols and the management of review projects, including techniques for quality control and ways to get the most out of available technology. Prior to joining Driven, Randi clerked in federal district court in the Central District of California. Afterwards, she spent four years as a Tax Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, working on estate planning and tax litigation matters. She then spent five plus years managing large-scale document review projects for another AmLaw 100 firm, where she specialized in white collar criminal matters and federal regulatory compliance investigations.
