River Oaks Christmas Lights Tour with Mister McKinney
HPA Members can join Mister McKinney’s Historic Houston this holiday season for a special 1-hour tour through River Oaks while viewing some of the BEST Christmas Lights in Texas.
The experience takes you on the famed Houston History Bus with Mister McKinney talking about the history of one of Houston’s most historic and desirable neighborhoods all while viewing Christmas lights and riding on an open-air elevated bus.
Where: Meet up and park in the parking lot of Whole Foods Market, 2955 Kirby Drive (at West Alabama), Houston, Texas 77098
When: Tuesday, December 9, 2025 - Tailgate party at 5:30 PM and bus tour at 6:30 PM. HPA will provide snacks and beverages.
Cost: $25 - fee includes tailgate with snacks and beverages beginning at 5:30 PM and a 1-hour bus tour at 6:30 PM. Registration Fee must be paid by end of day Friday, December 5th or your registration will be canceled and the next person on the wait list will be added.
This event is open to HPA Members only. Registration will open on Monday, November 24, 2025. The space is extremely limited, so register early.
